For those that have not seen or heard about the quick consign platform, this is how easy it is:
Office staff log in, create a note and allocate it to a driver’s diary.
Drivers log in when they are out on their rounds and check the diary.
Driver checks the information on-site, amends where required and signs the form alongside the customer, an e-mail is generated with a carbon copy of the note and sent to the customer instantly.
On disposal, the same form is signed and the note is sent to the customer as well as being saved into your database. The whole process happens in real-time!
