How it works

Quick Consign is feature rich and simple to use. Within 24 hours we can migrate all of your customer information into the platform, have you set up and creating consignment and duty of care notes as if you had been doing it for years!

For those that have not seen or heard about the quick consign platform, this is how easy it is:

Step 1
Office staff log in, create a note and allocate it to a driver’s diary.

Step 2
Drivers log in when they are out on their rounds and check the diary.

Step 3
Driver checks the information on-site, amends where required and signs the form alongside the customer, an e-mail is generated with a carbon copy of the note and sent to the customer instantly.

Step 4
On disposal, the same form is signed and the note is sent to the customer as well as being saved into your database. The whole process happens in real-time!

Q: Is Quick Consign endorsed by the Environment Agency.
A: Yes, we consulted with the Environment Agency before developing the platform in 2013.

Q: Is my data safe?
A: Yes, 100%. Your data is securely stored in the Quick Consign cloud, is backed up and available to you 24x7, 365 days of the year.

Q: Who owns my data?
A: You do. Quick Consign hold no rights over your data, you can export it from the platform at any time.

Q: Some of my customers don't have e-mail addresses, what can I do?
A: Quick Consign will provide your customers with an e-mail address free of charge, we will help them set it up on a computer or mobile device where they can view the notes at any time.

Q: Is there a minimum term contract?
A: No, the service is Pay-As-You-Go with no minimum term.

Q: We use a spreadsheet and database at the moment, can we upload customer information into Quick Consign?
A: Yes, of course. We provide that service for you free of charge.

Q: We are unsure our drivers will be able to adapt to change, can you help?
A: Yes, Quick Consign is extremely simple and easy to use. We provide on-site training with drivers and make sure they are fully trained before even their first carrier round with Quick Consign.

Q: Do you provide tablets that our drivers can use?
A: Yes, we hold a selection of cost effective tablets that can be used in the field by your drivers and staff if they do not carry a mobile phone.
